Welcome to Corina Tutors. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our tutoring services provided by Corina ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our tutoring services include academic instruction, language learning, art education, and test preparation delivered through online and in-person sessions.

Corina Tutors offers the following educational services:

• K-12 academic tutoring in various subjects
• Language instruction (ESL, Spanish, French)
• Art and creative expression education
• SAT/ACT test preparation
• Specialized support for neurodivergent learners
• Online and in-person tutoring sessions

All services are provided by qualified instructors with appropriate certifications and experience.

Session Booking: Sessions can be booked through our website, email, or phone. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid charges. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, subject to instructor availability.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in full charges for the session.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and electronic payments through secure payment processors.

Payment Schedule: Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Package Deals: Prepaid session packages are available and must be used within the agreed timeframe.

Refunds: Refunds for unused sessions in prepaid packages may be provided at our discretion, minus any administrative fees.

Students and parents/guardians agree to:

• Provide accurate information about learning needs and goals
• Attend sessions punctually and prepared
• Complete assigned homework and practice exercises
• Communicate any concerns or issues promptly
• Maintain respectful behavior during all interactions
• Provide necessary materials and technology for online sessions

We are committed to protecting student privacy and maintaining confidentiality of all educational records and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection and use.

Educational progress and challenges will only be discussed with parents/guardians or as required by law.

While we strive to provide high-quality educational services, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or test scores. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

We are not responsible for technical issues during online sessions that are beyond our control, including internet connectivity problems or platform outages.

Either party may terminate the tutoring relationship with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of inappropriate behavior, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
